SUNDAY GREETING'S

Well I was quite surprised I noticed two little buds on my Geranium yesterday, so I put it in the shed for protection from the Frost. Nature's full of little surprises. We have had quite a lot of rain of late , so happy today it has stopped for the time being.
I hope you are all looking forward to Christmas , I have only managed to put up a small tree with twinkling lights and a Rose Garland. Yesterday I did a little food shop and came across a bottle of Chocolate wine. So I thought I would give it a try , being on special offer over the weekend. It's a Ruby Red Wine blended with chocolate and cherries. Something tasty to hand around friends visits. Shall be cooking mince (sweet) pies, chocolate cake and treacle slice during the next two weeks. I have a few friends to visit so will have some cake over a chat and a cuppa. I don't think you can beat freshly baked home made cakes to bring a smile :)

Well I hope this post finds you all well , Catch you Later and enjoy the changing Seasons. :) hope you all have a great week.

  4. Oooh Sheila, your baking and the chocolate wine sound just wonderful, where do you live???? hahaha!

    Thanks so much for your lovely comments and support for me last week, with the eye thing. Now I know what it is I am fine, will just learn to live with it! Just to complete my week I now have a horrendous cold and I got an email virus on my computer on Saturday, well they say things come in threes don't they??
    Misty, my cat is sitting on the arm of my chair right now, she wants to get on my knee but I have to go to work in 10 minutes so it is unfair to let her get comfy, then have to turf her off. I have promised her a proper lap cuddle this evening :)
    Love to you and Wile-e, take care both of you :) xxxx

  5. OOoooh that wine sounds rather nice, though I'm not a drinker, I don't mind something tasty as long as it's not too alcoholic [y], no head for it.
    All that baking !, well I do wish I lived a bit closer, not to eat any, but to pinch it for my own guests. ;-) though |I really must try and get time to get my own oven earning it's place, as I haven't baked for a little while apart from making bread. Hugs to both {{O}}
