Well the storm has passed , and glad to say not too bad around this area , only blew off my old summer house roof. It landed in the front garden which was a's pretty old so it needs to come down in the New Year.

  1. I am so sorry you dropped your camera Sheila! I hate breaking in anything new as it is a big headache. The photo is beautiful! If you used your new camera you did a fine job! xx

  2. Oh no, sorry about your camera! I know I'd be lost without mine. I hope you have a good weekend and enjoy your visit with your friend on Monday. Take care! :)

  3. Great photo! Is that dawn or dusk? I have a new camera but I don't fully understand it and probably never will. I knocked off the button to take the picture on my favorite camera. The new one is to big. Oh well.

  4. I am really sorry to hear about your camera! I can relate in the way that it takes me a while to get used to a new one. I don't even read the guide, I ask a friend to give me a little tip or two and then I just play with it on my own until I get comfortable with it. This is such a beautiful photo, and it is always a joy to read your blog.

  5. I can relate to your friend Linda, I had to buy a new camera as mine died on me when on holiday in August, a bigger better model, silly me, I won't be taking any better photos with it. I too like your photo really atmospheric and captures the mood of the weather nicely. Take care and catch up soon hugs to all X
